Becoming an Advanced Centre10 coach has been a really important achievement in my coaching career.   Centre10 has helped me become a better rider, a better competitor and a better coach.

A great coach can really make the difference to horse and rider development.  The coach and rider relationship is so important in order that the rider can develop and achieve their goals.  Not only that, having the appropriate mindset is a critical and a key component for developing confidence and enhancing performance in both the horse and rider.

There is currently very little access to Performance Psychology training for athletes and coaches in the UK. Most options are either a one-day course or a three year academic degree with little in-between.
